I"m 63 and one of my daughters became vegetarian at age 7 and then transitioned to veganism when she was about 21. Another daughter became vegetarian in 2016, as did I. I fairly quickly transitioned to veganism. My vegetarian daughter lives with me and is slowly transitioning to veganism, but she and I are interested in raising her infant as a vegan and I would like more info and support to do that. I went vegan for the animals but also appreciate that my health has approved overall, despite my constant struggles with my weight.
