Hi everyone, I could use some advice if anyone has any. Me and my boyfriend have a 2 year old daughter together and I truly believe a vegan diet is the healthiest way to eat and prevent long term health issues and diseases so naturally I’ve been feeling a conviction to raise my daughter vegan now because I typically feed her things I wouldn’t eat myself as a vegan which feels so wrong to me. I’d rather her be the healthy vegan of course. My boyfriend (her dad) doesn’t believe it’s healthy to not eat meat/dairy and doesn’t think I should force my beliefs on her but of course I love her more than anything and don’t wanna feed her things I know aren’t healthy. Also I want her to be raised with a foundation of health and wellness that I didn’t get growing up. I’m definitely going to do lots of research to make sure she gets all her needed nutrients but how do I explain this to my boyfriend? He thinks a lot of facts I show him about a vegan diet is biased propaganda….how can I get through to him and respect his opinion while also doing what I know is best for our daughter?
