I’ve heard so many good things about this book. Several others have mentioned it. Dr Klaper, Dr Breakey, etc… It’s so great to have this as a resource. Brenda Davis is an brilliant and well researched, long time renowned vegan dietitian. I was so excited to interview her at the NHA.
