This recipe is loved my my family. It’s great on pasta, beans, veggies and it works great on regular salads, three bean salad, tofu salad and chickpea salad. It’s also great for making tomato or cucumber sandwiches. It’s also great to add to soups to make them have a great creaminess.
Ingredients
- 1 C Aquafaba (chickpea liquid=the liquid from a box/can of chickpeas)
- 1/2 C Cashews
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Maple Syrup
- 4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix or high speed blender. Store in a jar with a lid.
